Remote Teaching Facility Pilot 2007-2008

CERN has a unique room outfitted to serve the needs of scientists visiting CERN who have teaching obligations at their home institutions. It lets them teach some of their classes remotely by video link. The ATLAS Remote Teaching Facility Pilot is a one-year test to evaluate the usefulness of this facility to ATLAS scientists. If you are interested in using it, please contact Jeremy Herr, who can put you in touch with the right people for scheduling of the room. Read the following letter sent to the ATLAS Collaboration leadership for more information.
